Trinity Properties are a young and dynamic Leeds based property development company, with a vision and focus on creating high quality schemes, for both investors and occupiers throughout West Yorkshire
We invest our own funds and have taken projects from the planning and design stages right through to applying the final finishes, all whilst maintaining a healthy return on investment for our partners.

With innovation at the heart of what we do, along with honesty – we approach each development with extensive research and “out-of-the-box” thinking. This enables us to maximise the sites potential, explore the building materials of the future and use smart home technology; all with the aim to create sustainable homes for tomorrow.

With a great emphasis on technology through all stages of the build right through to completion, we leverage our skills to each and every part of the development and investment process resulting in a streamlined hands off approach for our partners.

Based in the “Northern Powerhouse” Trinity is developing a diverse and innovative range of schemes, offering UK and overseas investors investment opportunities in some of the UK’s well known cities. Management

At Trinity we currently manage our own portfolios with our in house management team.
We feel that this gives us complete control over our developments thus enabling us to offer maximum returns to our partners.

 

Acquisition

WE FIND SITES

We analyse sites on a weekly basis and have a steady deal flow coming into our offices.

We can act as introducer’s with land owners on sites which do not meet our criteria or if we are simply too committed to take further ourselves.
